Sweet potato smoothie:
Sweet potatoes are loaded with Vitamin A, which is great for healthy nail and hair growth. Consider adding more sweet potatoes into your diet to see a healthy increase in your scalp’s overall health.
What you need:
1 medium sized banana
1 small cooked sweet potato
2 cups almond milk (add more for a thinner consistency)
Apple, kale and lemon smoothie:
When it comes to growing out your curls, you’re going to want to add dark leafy greens to your diet. Add in lemons to help remove the toxins that build up in your system and suppress healthy cell growth, which can slow down hair growth. Apples are loaded with fiber, as well as Vitamins A and E, both of which are great for bettering circulation and increasing blood flow. 2 cups of kale with the stalks removed
½ of a lemon without the rind
1 small-medium sized apple

Their bright hues are also great for you and let’s be honest, they taste absolutely delicious! You can mix and match the berries of your choice to create a delicious and refreshing smoothie.
What you need:
1 cup of mixed berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds
1-1 1/2 cup of water or almond milk
1 tbsp of Chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey
