The Tri Curly Bun You Have To Try Today
Step one:
Wash, dry, and style your curls as usual. If you’re using second or third day curls, spritz your roots with dry shampoo to get some extra volume, and apply a curl refreshing spray throughout your ends. Fluff your curls up to give some volume and separation between strands.
Step two:
Separate out the top option of your hair, and secure with a pull-free elastic into a ponytail. Twist the ponytail around the base and secure with a couple bobby pins. It doesn’t need to look perfect, and can have a bit of a messy look.
Step three:
Go to the left side of your head and gather up a second section of curls. Make sure to divide it evenly between the remaining curls. Pull into a ponytail and secure into a twisted, messy bun like you did with the first section. Secure with bobby pins.
Step four:
Repeat step three with the right side of your head, making sure the sections are about the same size. The buns should be about equal size.
Step five:
After you’ve carefully secured all the buns in place, spritz your curls with a medium to firm hold hair spray. Once the spray is dried, adjust your curls. You can pull on strands to increase volume, or pull down a few curls to create a messier, more boho look.
