Begin braiding a thick, chunky braid across the wider side of the part and towards the back of your head. Loop the braid back around the crown of your head and continue braiding. Cross back over, braiding until you’ve reached the end. tie the end and wrap into a bun, securing with bobby pins.

Separate your strands at the back of your head, and cross them over one another, creating a gentle knot. Continue working down the back of your head, tucking the ends of the knots underneath the above knots. When you reach the bottom, tuck the ends in an bobby pin them into place. Divide the larger section of curls into 3-4 sections to create twists above your ear. Bring the twists back gently, careful not to pull them too hard.
