It can be increased by a build up of product, as well as an excess of natural oils. However, you don’t have to take this issue lying down. Here’s how you can stand up to dandruff, itch, and flakes. Try this spray to defeat dandruff. It’s very easy to make and you probably already have most of the ingredients right in your pantry.
Try This Spray To Defeat Dandruff
What you’ll need:
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
6 drops of tea tree oil
5 aspirin, crushed to a fine powder
What to do:
I promised you this would be easy; and here it is. Mix all of the ingredients together, and use a funnel to pour it into a spray bottle. Seriously, that’s it. When needed, apply by spraying directly onto your scalp and using your fingertips to massage it in. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes, then wash off with your favorite curl cleanser.
This spray works for a variety of reasons, and each ingredient is important to the process. The apple cider vinegar will help minimize yeast growth on the scalp, which will help prevent flakes and itch. Tea tree oil is a natural antifungal and antibacterial, so it will prevent regrowth of funguses that cause itch and irritation. It also increases blood flow by encouraging circulation. Finally, the aspirin offers salicylic acid. This ingredient reduces flakes and itch as well.
