Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic shea butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh aloe vera gel
1/2 tablespoon of raw, organic honey
10 drops essential oils of your choice. Good choices include lavender for soothing, tea tree for irritation, or peppermint to invigorate your scalp.
What to do:
After the shea butter has been melted, take the ingredients and mix together in a medium sized bowl. A hand mixer can help, because it can achieve the smooth consistency. This should take about 1-2 minutes of consistent blending. The consistency will be a light, whipped product. Scoop it into a dry, clean container that can be tightly sealed and store in a cool, dry, place. Furthermore, it might need to be whipped up again between uses to re-blend ingredients.

Now that you’ve created your own product, it’s time to use it! Wash curls and squeeze out excess water. In the shower, while curls are still wet, apply the product from roots to tips.
